Seasons change and so do construction sites — and often, before work starts, the lot sits fallow. Macro Sea wants to transform these empty spaces. In winter, wait for a hard freeze, dump a water tank down a vertical surface, and invite urban mountaineers to scale it. We were inspired by ice climbers using grain silos in the Midwest, and thought, what would it be like to bring this to New York City?
