Newlab is a place for engineers, entrepreneurs, and inventors to meet and work together — and for civic and industry leaders to find new solutions to big problems. We converted a massive former shipbuilding warehouse in the Brooklyn Navy Yard into a hub for public events, civic engagement, and opportunities to collaborate on transformative tech.
Newlab is now home to more than 150 member companies, a growing network of investors, and $5 million worth of onsite prototyping resources. The teams working at Newlab develop frontier technologies to address systemic challenges, connecting innovation to the needs of the world.
